About the Guild

The Polymer Clay Guild of Minnesota is a fun, relaxed group of polymer clay artists, crafts people and creative explorers. We meet monthly to share our creations, discuss ideas and discover new resources. Come see our members demonstrate a new technique in their “Time to Shine”. Guests are always welcome!

MEETING LOCATION: During pandemic times, our meeting places vary between online zoom, Clay Squared to Infinity in NE Mpls, and in Newell Park. Please email gotoperson@pcgmn.org to find out this months location!  The meeting begins at 6:30pm, on the 2nd Tuesday of every month.

Layl attended Columbus College of Art and Design, Columbus, OH and received her B.F.A. in Illustration, magnum cum laude. Current themes in her polymer clay work relate to motherhood, women as outgoing fun spirits and just plain whimsy. Every piece she creates is one of a kind though some follow similar themes. In addition she instructs polymer cane making classes. She is well known for her Silly Millies and teaches classes at Clay Squared to Infinity.
